About Your Bill

Your bill provides you with your meter reading date, the actual meter reading, the amount consumed during the billing cycle, as well as any past due balance. Bills are produced in arrears, meaning the usage occurs in the month prior to the actual billing.

Payments must be received in the office on or before the due date to avoid the late charges. Penalties are charged to unpaid balances on the following business day after the due date. The penalty is 10% of the net bill.

Services my be discontinued for non-payment fifteen (15) days after the Due Date posted on your bill. To restore service the past due bill must be paid in full and a reconnection fee will be charged.
